2002. Timothy J. Moltz P.E., CPESC, founder and owner of Catalyst
Engineering Group, has over 25 years of experience in roadway design
and urban development. Tim can provide a broad range of engineering
related services with many years of experience with rezoning, subdivision
platting, site planning, site construction, site development plan
preparation, and city, county and state level permitting. He can
also provide construction phase services for his clients.
